The Sippy Cups Announce 2009 Texas Tour

The air virtually sizzled as the hard rock band, The Sippy Cups, announced plans for a 2009 tour.

Stops will include small venues in Cochran's Crossing, Grogan's Mill, and possibly even Panther Creek.

"We're not leaving any possibilities out.  We want to please our fans who may not be able to make it to our neck of the woods" says lead vocalist Emily Cole.

This tour will be different than past tours, "We will mainly be playing small venues. You know- getting back to our roots," says lead guitarist and back up vocalist Presley Robinson.

"This new album will be a surprise to our fans, we tried out some different things, lots of techno on the kazoo, combined with our classic rock n roll sound. Its a new kind of sound for us" says kazoo player Jude Robinson.

Kaylee Cole was unable to comment, as she is recovering from laringytis- possibly caused by long solo rehearsals in her room late at night.
